  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Because our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), we can’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
  • If you have any questions or issues, please reach out via our Contact page and we’ll help you as soon as possible.


Note: Our fulfillment partner is OGO, so all returns or replacements are handled in line with their policies and Shopify’s standard procedures.
