How It Works

  • Production Time: Most orders are made within 8–12 business days.
  • Sweatshirts & Double-Sided Prints: Please allow an extra 1–3 business days for these items.

Australia Shipping

 

Standard Shipping

  • Metro Areas: 8–15 business days (includes production + delivery)
  • Non-Metro Areas: 8–20 business days (includes production + delivery)
  • Reliable, tracked shipping via Australia Post & Couriers Please
    (includes Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes, remote locations)
  • Flat rate shipping fee Australia-wide ($10)

Express Shipping

  • Non-Metro Areas: 5–15 business days (includes production + delivery)
    No priority in production – express orders are shipped faster once ready
    Tracked shipping with updates via email and Shopify
  • Fee: $15

  • Metro Areas: 5–12 business days (includes production + delivery)

 

International Shipping

  • USA, UK, New Zealand: 2–4 weeks (includes production + delivery)
  • Most Other Countries: 2–8 weeks (includes production + delivery)
  • Tracked shipping via DHL eCommerce Global Mail (tracking available on request)

  • Please note: International delivery times are estimates only and can sometimes take longer, depending on the destination.

 

Order Tracking

  • All orders include tracking – you’ll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
  • For international orders, tracking updates may be limited in some countries, but you can always request tracking details via our support email.
